6 DB Box step ups

WOD:

Teams of 2:
10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 reps of (divide anyhow):
Complete box jump overs 24/20in
BMU / Jumping BMU / Strict pull-ups
Thrusters 60/45kg

3 Rounds of:
20 Sync. DB Snatches 1 x 22.5/15kg
30 DB Box step-ups 1 x 22.5/15kg 24/20in (divide anyhow)

into:

40 – 30 – 20 reps of (divide anyhow):
