- 5 x 2 Power Clean & Jerk @ 70 - 80%
Snatch warm-up:
- 3x Snatch Deadlift
- 3x Muscle Snatch
- 3x Hip Power Snatch
- 3x Power Snatch
Weightlifting / Strength:
Snatch Pull + Below The Knee Power Snatch
- 10 x 1+1 @ 70-80%
