- 5x Clean Pull
- 5x Muscle Clean + Strict Press
- 5x Power Clean + Push Press
- 5x FS 52X0
- 5x Clean + Power Jerk
- 5x Split Jerk

Weightlifting / Strength:

Clean + Jerk

- 4x 3 @60 - 70% C&J, go every 1:30
- 5x2 @70 - 80%, go every 1:15
- 8x1 @80 - +100%, go every 1:00
Snatch warm-up:

- 3x Snatch Deadlift
- 3x Snatch Pull
- 3x Muscle Snatch
- 3x Power Snatch

Weightlifting / Strength:

Power Snatch

- 10min EMOM
2x @ 70 -80% 1RM Power Snatch
