- 5x Hip Power Snatch

Weightlifting / Strength:
Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch
- Build to today heavy 1+1+1
- 10x 1+1+1 @ 80-90%
C&J warm-up:
- 3x Clean Deadlift
- 3x Clean Pull
- 3x Muscle Clean + Push Press
- 3x Power Clean + Power Jerk
Weightlifting / Strength:
Paused Power Clean + 2x Power Jerk
- 6x 2 @60-75% or 1RM Power Clean
