Wednesday: Team WOD

Warm up:
5 min of Musical wall balls game
*Ask members to grab a WB and create a circle, then ask the members to run around the ball, until you ask to sit on the ball, the member without the ball will perform 3 burpees as penalty.

WOD prep:
400m Run, go faster every 100m
5 Russian KB swings
5 KB swings to eye level
5 American KB swings
10 Rocking push-ups
10 Air squats

WOD:

Teams of 2

30 min AMRAP:
40 Goblet squats 1 x 24/16kg / Air squats / Pistol squats
400m Run (together)
40 KB swings 24/16kg
400m Run
40 Sit ups / TTB
400m Run
40 Push-ups / Kneeling push-ups / Hand release push-ups
400m Run

For quality:
60 Side bends with plate / KB / DB
60 Russian twists
Divide as needed.
