5 Burpee broad jumps
10 Air squats
15m Bear crawl

5-20 sec Hollow hold

WOD prep:
5+5 DB Deadlifts
5+5 DB Hang snatches
3+3 Devils press

2 x 1 Wall walk + 10 sec HS Hold

BMU/pull-up progression
1. 2 x 10 Kip swings
2. 3 x 1 Jump to hollow
3. 2 x 1-3 Kipping pull-up with 2 sec pause in the top position
4. 2 x 1 BMU, aim to catch as high as possible (optional)

WOD

Min 0:00 – 13:00

AMRAP in remaining time:
6 Wall walks (divide anyhow*)
18 Sync. Alt. DB Snatches 1 x 22.5/15kg
