8 Box Step-ups / jumps

6 DB Thrusters


10 kip swings

6 Hanging Knee Raises

6 Leg raises

6 T2B



WOD prep:

10 Wall Balls

10 Box Jumps

8 Toes-to-bar

8 DB Thrusters


Together is bueno


For time (40–45 min cap):

1000m Run together


Then 4 rounds:

40 Wall balls (split)

40 Box jumps (alternate reps)

30 Toes-to-bar (split)

20 Dumbbell thrusters (10 each)


After each round: → 300m Run together


Finish:

80 Burpees
